New Delhi: During the visit of an official Saudi delegation to India, Redian Software and the Middle East based technology firm Noha Alwosta signed a wide ranging Memorandum of Understanding that places digital cooperation at the centre of the growing Saudi India relationship. The delegation was led by Khalid Al Falih, the Minister of Investment of Saudi Arabia, whose visit focused on strengthening investment and technology partnerships between the two countries.
The agreement outlines an extensive framework for long term collaboration in digital transformation and enterprise technology. It identifies joint work on artificial intelligence, cloud based platforms, business process systems, customer management solutions, financial technology tools, internet connected devices and enterprise mobility. The document also points to shared expertise, pooled engineering resources and coordinated delivery teams as central features of the cooperation.
Both companies have committed to training and certification programmes aimed at developing a skilled digital workforce across India and the Middle East. The partnership further includes joint research on cyber security, data analytics, industry automation and new streams of enterprise technology. The two firms plan to focus on a wide range of sectors including banking, manufacturing, logistics, oil and gas, healthcare, retail and government services.
Pavan Verma, the chief executive of Redian Software, described the agreement as an important step in strengthening cross regional digital innovation. According to him, the collaboration is intended to create modern and scalable technology systems for organisations in Asia and the Middle East. Saajan Lathif, the chief executive of Noha Alwosta, said the partnership brings together regional understanding and global technical capacity to support faster digital transition in Saudi Arabia and nearby markets.
The signing comes at a time when both countries are expanding cooperation in strategic industries. The agreement aligns with the goals of Saudi Vision twenty thirty as well as Indias expanding digital economy. Officials said the partnership is expected to support faster adoption of digital systems, improve enterprise efficiency and promote innovation driven growth in both regions.
